After countless requests we have developed a complete Inventory system that ships with the Bus Master Package! Our new version is targeted towards transportation departments that do not currently manage their inventory on the computer or are using separate inventory software package. Both versions of Bus Master allow you to capture and report a complete maintenance and fuel usage history along with parts and labor but this addition takes it one step further by allowing an integrated solution to inventory, a total software package. We have tried to think of everything and what we haven't thought of we will be including in future updates!

• Inventory Module - Complete history for each part in your inventory.  As you use the software inventory levels are updated automatically. A complete supporting report structure will tell you just about everything you need to know about your inventory and count sheets for manual verification. We even tell you what to order and when.
• Receiving Module - Easily receive and manage parts and automatically update inventory levels with this module. Receive one item at a time or batch your items, you choose.
• Receiving History - Complete receiving history makes it easy to monitor or identify problems in a flash! View a simple to understand table showing all items purchased, date and more.
• Purchase Order Module - Quickly enter Purchase Orders with convenient drop down menus and easy to understand interface. Print purchase orders and easily update the quantity on order for each part on the Purchase Order.
• Work Order Module - Fast Work Order Entry with Parts, Labor and Description. . You have everything. We spent a lot of time with this module making sure it was intuitive to the user and easy to navigate, enter and use. Once order has been posted all corresponding inventory levels will automatically be adjusted to keep your inventory current and correct. Define up to four different Preventive Maintenance Schedules. Assign each vehicle in your fleet one of these schedules and Bus Master will tell you when and what operations need to be performed. It will even print the corresponding work order for the operations it identifies. Complete maintenance history for one bus or your entire fleet of vehicles! Work history, fuel usage right down to the cost per mile to operate your fleet!
• Vendor Module - Vendor history complete with contact names, phone, fax, email and more. Print a vendor report for a hard copy of all your vendors.
• Quick Fuel Module - Quickly capture fuel usage with this simple module. A warning system in place that notifies you when a mileage is entered that is less than the current mileage recorded on that vehicle!
